 Items to Bring to Camp

  • Athletic Attire: Comfortable clothes for dryland sessions.
  • Athletic Shoes: For dryland training or walking around the facility.
  • Backpack/Tote: To carry personal items and gear.
  • Goggles: Bring at least two pairs in case one breaks.
  • Swim Caps: At least two caps for practices.
  • Suits: At least one practice swim suit.
  • Towels: Bring at least one towel for daily use.
  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the day.
  • Sunscreen: For outdoor activities or walking between facilities.
  • Personal Toiletries: Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.
  • Snacks & Drinks: For breaks between sessions (optional).
  • Cell Phones/Tablets: Permitted for downtime; Wi-Fi is available in the facility.

Prohibited Items at Camp

  • Alcoholic Beverages
  • Tobacco Products, E-Cigarettes, or Vapes
  • Illegal Drugs or Substances
  • Firearms, Fireworks, or Knives
  • Lighters, Matches, or Incense
  • Ropes or Dangerous Items

Note: Campers caught with prohibited items will be immediately dismissed from the camp without refund.
