Submission of Refund Requests:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing through via email at wvuswimclinic@gmail.com.
Processing Fees:
Refunds will be issued minus any processing or administrative fees retained by the registration platform. These fees are non-refundable.
Credit Option:
If you are unable to attend, you may request a credit toward a future WVU Swim Clinic instead of a refund. Credits must be used within 12 months of issuance and are subject to clinic availability.
Clinic Postponements or Rescheduling:
If a clinic is postponed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified by email with new dates. Participants unable to attend the rescheduled clinic may request a credit toward a future clinic or a refund. WVU Swim Clinic is not responsible for travel or accommodation expenses incurred due to rescheduling.
Notification Timeline:
Cancellations Made at Least 1 Day Before the Clinic:
Participants who cancel within this timeframe will receive a credit or refund, minus administrative fees.
Cancellations Made the day of the Clinic:
Participants will only be eligible for a credit toward a future clinic.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend the clinic without prior written notification will result in the forfeiture of all fees paid.
